I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within less than 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will also result in a loss of your deposit and no future booking. Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
